Level 5 is an Irish, C2 registered construction company based in Wexford. It was established in 2006 by brothers Karl and Barry O'Leary.

Qualifications include:

- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme): excavator, skidsteer, site dumper, teleporter, counterbalance, forklift, trator, vehicle, banksman, mewp, boom, hoist
- National Safety Qualifications: confined spaces, manual handling, abrasive wheels, harness awareness, shotfired fixing guns
Karl O'Leary

- City & Guilds phase II Greenkeeping
- NCEA Diploma in Amenity Horticulture
- Royal Horticulture Society Certified
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme): excavator, skidsteer, site dumper, teleporter, counterbalance, forklift, trator, vehicle, banksman, mewp, boom, hoist, crane operator, rigger/banksman
